Credit pack refunds

Equipment Hub Ltd sells one-time promotion credit packs through Stripe. This policy applies only to those credit-pack purchases, not to marketplace equipment invoices or auction lots.
When a refund is available
You may request a full refund of the amount actually charged (after any promotion code) if every credit from that purchase is still unused and the request is made within 7 days of payment. Partial refunds are not offered after any credit from the pack has been spent on ads, listing promotions, or inventory boosts.
How to request a refund
Eligible unused packs can be refunded from Vendor Billing. After day 7, or after credits have been used, contact billing@equipmenthub.ltd. Goodwill refunds are granted only by Equipment Hub staff.
